EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
All dessert tables & custom cakes are contracted. Meaning you are required to agree to a contract that protects you as my customer and me as the business owner. The contract goes over my terms that are explained on this page and over your order detail like colors, quantity, prices, deadlines, delivery/pick up etc.
These tables can be fully customized to a theme.
Full set up is available for all packages. To include, full set up of desserts, my equipment such as cupcake wheels, cake stand, serving trays, table linen utensils rental and take down. The larger the table more trays and stands will be utilized. This includes 2 1/2 hours of my time for your event.
These tables are made with the BEST REAL chocolate and premium ingredients.
Clean up is dessert table only.
DELIVERY 🚚
Delivery is included in every package within a 25 mile radius, anything over 25 miles will be an additional $.80 per mile.
FAQ
How are desserts delivered?
- The cake is delivered in a Cakesafe. View Cakesafe.
- Treats are individually wrapped/boxed and delivered in bakery boxes so you can pack any leftovers to go. I will only set up tables that pay the additional fee. If the fee is not paid I will deliver on the specified time and you will arrange desserts.
- Desserts are packaged individually in clear pet boxes or clear treat wrappers.
How soon should I book?

At least 6 weeks before event. Anything booked less than 30 days will be considered a RUSH order and subject to an additional $50 charge on top of table fee. 14 days allows me adequate time to get in all items for your table like theme cupcake wrappers, custom cake/cupcake toppers, ect.
What if I order late for a themed dessert table?
- I will try my best to get in all themed items within timespan provided but if custom items won’t make it within the timespan provided I will communicate that with you but that will not be a reflection on my dessert tables.
- You will pay an additional $50 fee to be fit into my schedule.
If I pay the additional fee for set up does that include you serving?
- None of my package offer serving of desserts. It includes delivery, set up, take down, renting all my equipment for the table, and Utensils.
Can I add a custom cake to the mini package?
- As of January 1st, 2022 you can now select the custom cake for any pack.
Can I remove delivery to make my package cheaper?
- No, prices are as is. Adjustments will not be made to pricing.
Is there a deposit for booking?
- Yes, 40% retainer fee is due upon booking for table. This secures your date, time and it goes towards your balance due. Nothing is booked/set in stone until payment is received.
- If your package is over $500 you will pay 50% retainer fee that goes towards your end balance.
When is the remaining balance due?
- Remaining balance must be paid in full 14Days before your event. This is none negotiable.
Will you set up table for me?
- I will only set up desserts if you pay for the fee that includes set up, stands/trays/utensils, linen rental and take down. If this fee is not paid I will delivery only at provided location.
What happens if I need to cancel?

Outside Events during Summer Months
OUTSIDE parties during months of April to September, please be advised that treats sitting in heat will MELT. If the trays are hot the chocolate will begin to melt on contact and that does not reflect on my work. A buttercream cake can last in the heat maybe 30 minutes to 1hr depending on the level of heat. No refunds will be provided due to treats melting in the sun. I highly recommend that treats are kept away from sun in cool place until time to be served outside. You will receive specific instructions the day you book and the day of pick up.
